Why would you only "think so"? It's either you have credit available to use or you don't. I haven't used mine yet on the personal card so my meter looks like this and it's clear that I still have $250 left to use.
Can you post a screenshot of your meter?
Also, if you both canceled and rebooked on 10/29 on what date did they claw back the original $250 credit? When was the original booking made and credit received?
Sorry for the many questions, but I think clarity is paramount and will be very useful in understanding what we need to do if there is a need to change a reservation.
