Can confirm both the error and the fix. Thank you for figuring this out, as I was <dread> going to have to call and speak to a person to solve this </dread>. I would only add that to right-click in all browsers might not work. I tried in my default browser, and it did not work, so I switched to Google Chrome, and it worked great. I now have the seat I want. I really appreciate people who not only solve their own tech issues, but share how they did it. Thank you!

I found that this error is alive and well on the Thai Airways website, and I could not find another partner airline website which allowed me to select seats. A simple fix allowed me to select seats: Right click on the grayed out Title box and select "Inspect". Scroll through the code on the line the cursor defaults to, and delete the word "disabled". Then you will be able to select your title, enter all personal information, and after that is complete select seats on the Thai Airways website
