The hotel even included that $50 resort fee on Chase's EDIT letter for the guests, so the check in clerk was just doing his job. And he was the nicest check in person I have met at Vegas so no need to confront him for doing his job after all he gave me a huge upgrade to our free for free. Here is letter and it listed resort fee was reduced from $55 to $50 under WiFi. If resort fee was included, the letter doesn't need to say anything at all.
