Can't... as Cosmopolitan is now showing "Sold Out" on all dates no matter which date you enter. The only way to see what is included is to select the room and then click and expand the "Price Detail". But I am sure Cosmopolitan would show Resort Fee is included if it is not Sold Out (must be some kind of error) because you can go and select a Bellagio room and see that Resort Fee is included. But this Price Detail is not included in your trip confirmation email.
