The answer is pretty clear.
Looks like Chase IT is doing catch up and rolling it out in batches. I was looking at the Standard Bangkok yesterday and "World of Hyatt Eligible" was not listed as a benefit. But I just looked again and it is there now on the website but it is not on the App. In addition, it said refundable option available but the only option to book is a non-refundable rate!
