I used my Q3 passes at the PDX lounge a few days before the end of the quarter. We only had about twenty minutes before boarding for the next flight started, and the lounge was packed, but we’re lucky to get the last table in the overflow “patio” area. Just enough time for a coffee and a small breakfast.

I actually also have access via the AA Exec card, but I wanted to see the process that required the agent to type in a thirty letter string of “random” digits. Turns out the computer was down, so… that wasn’t possible.
