Grandfathered D+ to lose FCL access after program merger

Over at the "merged programs thread", yeunganson makes a good observation:

"Currently, Diamond Plus Lifetime members that obtain such status before 2018 got grandfather in where we can visit the First Class Lounge in ICN with any class (including economy class) ticket... I think we are going to lose out on this access" with jon503 agreeing that this benefit might just quietly go away.

I am sure here on FT we have several people who will be impacted by this, I am certainly one of them. So how can we create momentum to keep this grandfathered even after the program merger?

- Is there any statement from KE or KE management from the last years that after the merger Asiana customers wouldn't be no worse off?
- Would someone know how to write to the regulator and try to make this a condition of the approval process?
- Anyone at KE worth contacting over?

If you have any ideas, lets collect them here. We need to be loud, maybe we can still change this. Problematic is that I think we have missed an important deadline. The Korean FTC was looking for feedback about the plan until 2025-10-13. So we need to be quick.
