I fall under Scenario #1 where my current membership expires Oct 2025 so starting Nov 2025 up to Oct 2026, I'll be Silver.

But I have an upcoming QR flight in Nov/Dec of this year that will net me 170 status points and based on what I've read, I'd have to earn the status points in 2026 so that it counts towards the 2027 membership.

Unless I've understood it wrong?
