I guess it means that any flights from now until the end of 2025 should be retrocredited in 2026 (if travelling in J or can use another programme for accessing the lounge)? Otherwise, those tier points will be lost towards the 2027 qualification. My membership years ends in Feb 26 so I’d lose 2 months in 2027 unless I meet the threshold.
