Post Missing miles from BA

Good day!

On September 25th I flew BA from DUB-LHR-YYZ in J. I added my CX membership number to my booking but no miles showed up.

I submitted a request and I now see in cancelled transactions both segments show as rejected "ASIA MILES ALREADY CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT".

They did reply to my email and ask for my boarding pass and passport and then I got an email saying "your milage claim is being processed and may take eight weeks"

So I am confused. Do I simply wait or has the claim been rejected? I have credited other carriers to Asia miles before, this is the first time I have had this issue.
