I seem to be unable to change my FF on Cathay's Manage Booking portal. When contacting customer service, they tell me that this can only be done at the airport counter.

Is this true? I'm trying to change my FF, prior to check-in, to take advantage of my OW status.

This is the error I'm getting (even though I'm logged in as a Cathay member): For security reasons, only Cathay members can edit their details online. If you wish to make any changes, please visit our airport counter for assistance. [E23FQTV01]
