I looked at some Costa Rica hotels….there was plenty of Edit inventory 2 days ago in October, November, and December. Now when I checked tonight, those same hotels are magically sold out for months…how is this possible? is it a glitch? I checked the hotel‘s direct website and Expedia, there‘s still availability. I just called Sapphire Reserve customer service and had them submit a ticket to the back office team to investigate what is going on.
