The Cardo has been working very well for me, maybe the more expensive Jabra sets are superior, but for the price that the Cardo has, it's a very good choice.

I just ordered the Cardo Scala 500 and hopefully my wife will like using it. If she doesn't, I might take the headset along with her Treo 650 and use it for myself.
