There’s this thread to try to consolidated new power bank rules by countries / airlines. China, for example, implemented new domestic rules and banned all the Anker power banks which are recalled:
Power bank rules & regulations inflight
Had posted this on the Anker power banks they voluntarily recalled at the time; not sure if there are any new products or this is just the US agency formally publishing their notice of the recall (they had the earlier recall notices in 2024, I guess?).

(Not sure if it’s reported this way, but so it’s clear, this was not a problem with Anker per se, apparently the battery manufacturer — per an article I linked,
“Apex Wuxi, a subsidiary of American battery maker Amprius Technologies and Wuxi Industrial Development Group” — had provided the internal cells to multiple brands — including apparently Xiaomi, Ugreen, Baseus, Aukey — but it seems many of their affected power banks were not destined for the US?)
