Am I misreading... the fine print says that the Oura credit is only for device purchase and
not the ongoing fee? Seems bizarre for an "annual" credit and also doesn't fix the major reason I am not going to buy one.

You must charge the card at any point of sale that is coded as a Resy Restaurant. Use of Resy is not required.
