just saw an ad about a new place called Horseshoe and it states Texas BBQ has arrived! http://www.horseshoechicago.com/

Their website shows beef brisket is served. We'll see, with the total crap for beef BBQ that is in Chicago (read, there isn't any good beef brisket BBQ in Chicago), I'm not holding out too much hope.
