Wife and I would like to fly Newark to Sicily next April, connecting to Catania inbound, connecting from Palermo outbound. Premium Plus and Business fares are astronomical. PP is $5,000 per person round trip. Looked at seating, virtually no one on any of planes at this time.
1. Seat maps aren't loads.
2. United has a few decades of historical sales data to reference for pricing, and is pretty familiar that not many tickets are sold 7 months in advance.
