There isn't really a Global Services lounge in LHR any longer. That section is now used as United Club space.

You can ask at the entry desk and most likely you can enter that section, but there really isn't much difference. A small, self serve alcohol selection instead of a staffed full bar. And the restrooms are a bit nicer. A bit quieter overall.
But the food selection is not as robust.
