Large dent with paint missing on drivers side door, curb rash on rims, tow hook cover missing from front bumper and the list goes on. However the inside was very clean and no damage so we went with it. The vehicle drove fine as well.

This location does use an AI scanner so I was concerned with all the damage on the vehicle. I documented it and it was documented on the rental agreement. Upon return, the return agent went over the car very throughly eventhough I went through the AI scanner at return too. Took her about five minutes in all, but I was not charged for any damages....but with this car not sure how you could tell what is new.

This was the first time I rented from Sixt. I have been a longtime National customer, but their price was over $200 more for EA so I figured I would try Sixt with a status match. Customer service, car quality, and tech was below that of National. I was considering using Sixt for an upcoming trip to SFO, but I think I'll stick with National.
I rent frequently at MCO. They are better for suvs than sedans there , especially with the SUV demand being Orlando.
