I would call and choose the "replacement card" option and see if they can do an overnight of a new card even if the main one was sent US Mail.
Thanks! No email, and nothing on the app the first time, but I just checked again and the status of the shipping is showing delivery today!
(I did this on hold, without the account number, hard to get through).
