I'm not worried about EF. I use my VPN to protect me while I'm using a public Wifi network. I also use it to connect to US VPN servers for accessing my finance sites in the US while traveling overseas. These are two of many valid uses of VPNs. And I've been using NordVPN for years without issue accessing a wide variety of internet sites.
