I’m getting declines when trying to drain a seasoned Path/Incomm card (single swipe). The card gets put ON HOLD and I have to call in for replacement which is annoying. I've had this happen on my last 3 load attempts (to Serve) within the past week. I had been sailing along quite smoothly with $499 loads for the past year and a half. Something has definitely changed, and I suspect they (PW/IC) have lowered the limit once again. I haven't had a chance to figure out any workarounds yet, but my plan for my next outing is trying a $500 load split between two cards ($250 each).
