Even domestic gets really backed up. I have had to wait for 30 minutes earlier this month for a gate coming from ATL on UA on the night flight. Last month we also had to wait for like 30-60 minutes (I forgot exactly) after landing from KOA (UA1722) --> I think that the domestic side sometimes even has more congestion.
