Not that there’s necessarily has less traffic there, but at least the “loop” is shorter for the driver, and once picked up, it’s relatively quick exit from the airport.
I would also suggest G, noting that G arrivals gets pretty backed up in the morning and G departures can be a big mess in the evening. Outside of those periods, it's pretty quiet.
The other option I'd suggest is parking in the main garage; you bear left immediately once you enter the airport and should be able to avoid the traffic in the loop both coming and going. If you park on the 1st level it's a straight shot into the terminals through the tunnels.
Either one of these options should be better than a T2 or T3 pick-up during any period of heavy traffic. Noting that much depends on day of week and time of day.
