Even though the Atlas ships are small, they are still very modern and even have stabilizers like the bigger ships. If you get the Drake Shake you will feel it no matter which expedition ship you take. You just take your meds and hunker down for a day and hope that it smooths out as you get closer to Antarctica or back to Ushuaia. I can't compare right now since I haven't been on any of the larger expedition ships like the new Seabourn Pursuit & Venture.
