IME row 7 gets quite a bit of galley noise, slamming doors, clanking glasses, that sort of thing, and it'll last up to an hour on either side of meal service. If you're noise sensitive row 16 is likely to be better.

They're unlikely to be completely out of entree options by row 16 (and if you have status you'll probably get your choice regardless of where you sit), but it is possible the most popular choice could run out.
