I ran into it (500 error, never got the 404 error) and tried it in a new browser session (different browser, new window/tab) and it worked fine. Restarted the browser reporting the error and, on restart (not using session restore), everything worked.
Update:
I found I still had a session reporting the 500 error. The system runs ubuntu linux 24.04 and chromium (not Chrome form Google). I went into inspect mode and force the deletion of all expertflyer.com cookies and the 500 went away. So I suspect there is some stale state data left in your application causing this.
