After further digging, it appears that neither the web nor the mobile interface allow looking up historical fares (well, beyond say yesterday). Is that functionality that will be returned?

They should be ashamed. The same problems that have been reported for the other botched rollouts and UAT are still not fixed. I was initially going to keep EF, but there are other players in town these days. After decades I might finally be at the end of the road with them and jump ship when the next renewal comes up.
