2DEF are usually charged at standard front of the plane prices - so don't expect extra space.
I think bulkhead seating is generally a personal preference ... I'm not a fan, and I'm only 6ft !

If you're seriously tall, it's probably worth coughing up some extra cash for an emergency exit row seat.
