Every single time when we got to the payment page and submitted the card details it came up “Payment Error!” I must have tried at least a dozen times to book a flight with no luck. I called easyJet and they said there were no issues on their side and that it must be my cards! The call handler seemed more interested in telling me repeatedly that I couldn’t have the online price over the phone as it wasn’t their fault! I tried them again via chat and was told to clear cookies and contact them again banks if the issue continued! I eventually gave up and booked BA, who actually worked out cheaper with the included luggage and accepted payment first go, no issues. Anyone have any ideas on what the issue is with easyJet’s website and me?
