Will I get 13200 avios or will the amount be watered down?
Not true. You seem to have a fundamental lack of knowledge of ffp's.
If crediting to an airline ffp look at that airlines ffp web site. What another ffp would credit for the same flight is totally irrelevant.
Earning and burning ff miles/avios/point is not the same for different ffp's They are not (always)1:1
In Oneworld earning are based on the marked flight (flight number) when an eligible operator and fare class (a letter)

CX forum 22June 2025 Avios
QR forum 22 June 2025 Avios miles transferred from Cathay to Qatar
I have recently signed up to Cathay Pacific website and with Cathay and Qatar being part of One world , I believe there is a opportunity to transfer the Asia Miles to Avios miles.

As anyone tried to transfer Cathay miles to Qatar, I have added my Qatar FF details on the Cathay membership page . It all sounds confusing

I have just had a Chat with Cathay who say the following
(Cathay) If a Cathay membership account has been added to the booking, Asia Miles will be credited accordingly. For any other frequent flyer programs, please contact the respective airline to confirm their mileage crediting policies. If a Cathay membership account has been added to the booking, Asia Miles will be credited accordingly. (ME) So If i earn 10,000 Asia miles , Do i then ask Qatar to change then to Avios ?
(Cathay)Not quite—Asia Miles and Avios are separate loyalty currencies, and they aren’t directly interchangeable between Cathay (Asia Miles) and Qatar Airways (Avios), even though both are part of the Oneworld alliance. We recommend reaching out directly to Qatar Airways for further assistance. Due to our frequent flyer programs is different
