I meant that several hotels left Accor in Bangkok during the last 6-8 months and, in Berlin, Accor has lost 2 Sofitels, and now this Novotel.
What both cities have in common are low rates. In Berlin it is hard to turn a profit, especially at the luxury level. The city doesn't get much high end tourism.
