To qualify for AAdvantage Platinum Pro (oneworld Emerald) based solely on annual credit card spend, a U.S.-based member has essentially three options:
  1. Spend $105,000 (annually) on the Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® (annual fee $595)
  2. Spend $110,000 (annually) on the AAdvantage® Aviator® World Elite Silver Mastercard® (annual fee $199. Not open to new applicants; I'm unclear whether you can still product change)
  3. Spend $125,000 (annually) on any other U.S.-based cards (annual fee starting at $0 for the American Airlines AAdvantage® MileUp® Card)

The above represent consumer-focused cards and not business cards.
