Thanks for doing some legwork. I was pretty happy a few months ago when I could redeem 2 x IHG 40,000 POINT certificates for 2 nights at the Intercontinental Chicago---cash rate was around $180-$220.00 per night.
I wish there was a way for everyone to have access. If there were opportunities to book cheaper cheaper hotels during off-peak times, like Hyatt Regencies and Intercontinentals, this credit may be interesting for a weekend getaway.
