This sounds absolutely insane! I am having the same problem. Also from HK.
Then, I tried accessing it via a Canadian VPN and lo and behold it works. Why is this insane? Because easyJet doesn't fly to North America.
They probably get significantly more legitimate bookings from Canada than Hong Kong. It's a risk vs. reward calculation for the airline.
