This is interesting because I just got this email with upgrade offers for JFK to HND in two weeks booked with Avios, but neither of the links work properly. Clicking on either of them takes you to a page where the record locator is automatically populated and you have to enter your last name, but all that happens is a message that says "Enter the 6-letter confirmation code or 13-digit ticket number." Clearing the form and entering the information in manually takes you to the trip information page, but it doesn't appear to show any upgrades.
