Most of the bathrooms at this hotel are tiny ! Paying for a larger room, or getting an upgrade is NO guarantee that you will get a bigger bathroom. In one of my stays I had a wonderful family room with 3 beds, 3 different windows and 2 separate bathrooms. Pretty huge..but the bathrooms were still tiny ! It was almost impossible to extend my elbows or turn around in the walk-in shower and I'm not overweight. Also my head was almost touching the very low ceiling where the shower head was. Finally, in one of the bathrooms the toilet was placed way too close to the sink making it uncomfortable to sit down and get back up.
I was there last December just before Christmas, used points for a junior suite. That bathroom was quite large, but with very little counter space (just a very narrow glass shelf above the sink), however, the shower, which was large, was actually elevated several feet off the ground; climbing down out of it, from wet tile w/wet feet, made me very nervous about slipping & falling. And I still can't get over the fact that there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom to use w/the hairdryer.
