Had a lovely experience with VS on an award ticket from East Coast US to LHR this week.
I've actually noticed a trend of US flights lately with premium classes fully booked and economy incredibly quiet. It was the same with our BA flight out too.
I do wonder if this will lead to Virgin (or other airlines) rethinking their economy product? Will we see more extra leg room seats, or improved food options to make economy a better proposition than Premium? As it does seem like those who are travelling are choosing to do it in better classes than the past.
