Check the Wiki here - AI B777 Fleet adjustments (Refurb B77W, Retire B77L, Lease B77E). All the aircraft here are full flat seats.

Most of the older Air India 77Ws are not full flat. You can identify them by the 77Ws that have 4 F seats.
