I have the same issue but with proper Oneworld flights.
I booked on BA a BA flight LHR-DUB economy - I was not awarded elite points. I submitted a missing Avios claim through the app and it was declined twice because it did not met the “conditions”. It was operated by BA, have a boarding card with my IB number in it.
My partner was credited for the flight some 20 days ago - for me - nothing.
Two days ago I had a Business class QR flight from SOF-DOH and then First from DOH-DXB. It has not credited. My partner received EP for the first leg, for me - nothing. Our IB numbers are shown on the boarding passes.
I can’t seem to find an email to write to on the website - if I put a PNR and e-ticket different than IB it says that the ticket is not eligible for complaints…
Any advice?
Sounds familiar to a case we saw previously, how many digits is your IB number? And do you currently have no IB status and so the digits problem leading to no status recognition would not have been detected?
