Latrobe is served solely by Spirit and yes, it is to Florida and sometimes Myrtle Beach in season. Spirit started serving there well over a decade ago in lieu of PIT (PIT was very expensive as still paying off the bonds to build the terminal for USAir). PIT debt was retired and operating costs dropped significantly, but LBE still worked for Spirit with very strong local demand to some vacation markets.
