It shows up on activity but the dashboard is frozen with the error message "We're not able to retrieve your latest Information. Please try again later."

It's not exactly new but this time it has been frozen for a couple days...
The website appears to be working though.
In the past when this has happened to me, logging out and back in seemed to fix it (i.e.ctrl-alt-del , the extent of my tech support). When I updated my tablet to a newer version of Android the issue appeared to go away.
Also got the BMO ads; now gone.
