How are the rooms?
The room was ok ... the living area with the bed would be cosy for 2 people but is well decorated and appointed. The bathroom was decent sized and functional ... nice shower. Hated the bed mattress .. no support/firmness

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Better than required room upgrade
- Friendly staff
- Courtesy room provided at 9AM when booked room not ready.

Bad:
- Hated the bed mattresses. Both courtesy and booked rooms had mattresses with no support/firmness.
- Thought the breakfast was underwhelming for a luxury property.
- Room not ready until around 1:00PM
- Kimpton Stay Preferences were ignored

Note:
- Didn't attend 4PM happy hour

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Might return; however, as long as the rate of the Kimpton and the IC Paris Le Grand across the street were similar then I'd pass ... the IC is better in many ways.
