One tiny glitch you might want to take a look at are Schedule Alerts.

I find these very useful and prefer to enable them the moment I've booked my flight alongwith Aircraft Change alerts and Seat (insurance) alerts in case my selections are enhanced away by BA which seems to be a common occurence nowadays.

Anyway, to the Schedule Alerts, I'm slightly odd in so far as I tend to book flights the moment they're released so in the case of BA, this will be 355 days prior.

If I'm in the same/equivalent month as the booking for the following year, for example, it's now April 2025 and I've just made a booking for April 2026, the site tells me I have successfully set up a Schedule Alert for that flight. However, when I go to Saved Alerts, the alert isn't there and it didn't actually save.

I subsequently worked out a very long time ago that if I wait until the following month and then retry saving the alert on say 1 May 2025 for a flight in April 2026, it will then save and stick.

My current solution is to make a diary note to set any Schedule Change alerts on the 1st of the following month.

I have mentioned this in the past in messages to your Customer Care team but I never really got anywhere with them.

Is it a glitch or given that Seat and Aircraft Change alerts can be set '13' months in advance in April 2025 for April 2026 for example, is there a simple button that needs flicking somewhere in the interface that will enable the Schedule Alerts to also stick?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
