I just answered my own question by digging a bit and found this table
I cant add it to this post so hence the follow up
A few observations:

Since 2018, Flying Blue miles are earned based on the amount spent on the ticket - the fare class is completely irrelevant. All AF and KL flights earn miles (based on the amount spent) and XPs (based on the XP earning table), except for the usual exceptions (non-revenue travel, award tickets, etc).

Your flight is in 2018, discover Flying Blue new programme rules

I don't know where you dug up that table, but it's clearly incorrect. It's dated 2020 but by then FB had long since abandoned publishing any such tables - because such tables are redundant since 2018.
