A company like this, they must have some way to get a very, very vague idea, but I wouldn't expect it to be very accurate.
Exact, precise numbers probably not, but it's definitely possibly too extrapolate this data. That's exactly what Alexa.com was doing, before it got acquired by Amazon.
And irrespective of that, it's showing a generally steep decline, which you can take as a proxy of the traffic growth.
