According to the CSR, the $397 carrier imposed fee is from LHR. Not sure if this is the dreaded APD, the CSR could not tell, but would be surprised if its still the APD as i have less than 24 hour stop in LHR.

Now in in the breakdown of taxes and fees, at the very end, the last entry is for OTHER TAXES & CARRIER-IMPOSED FEES that comes to $1,310.10 USD. No breakdown for than. I am sure we can subtract $397 from it. But still leaves about a $1000 dollar Other taxes that are not explained. I was told they cannot break it down.
