There is no way to predict that. Once cleared, go up the escalator and it lets you out in a small area next to the Plaza Premium lounge where agents check boarding passes. Clear that, and you're on the loose in T-2A where the LH lounge is (on upper level) and LH flights depart from. As I said above, the SilverKris lounge is in T-2B, as is the United Club. It's a trek back and forth from A-B-A and not really worth it.

Yes, gate information is shown ~1 hr prior to departure. This is common in Europe (Heathrow) and not a big deal at all.
