Time to finish off the meal in classic style, a coffee and an XO Brandy and then it will be time to roll down the hill to the hotel.




A thoroughly enjoyable meal and if I don’t immediately fall into a food coma when I get back to the hotel then there is something very wrong

If you are in Birmingham, I can heartily recommend SIX by NICO. Given that the 6 course fixed menu is only £46, it’s a bargain, although obviously if you add all the extras that price increases rapidly. Personally I’d recommend the cocktail pairing, that worked really well for me, far better than the wine.
