OK, I made changes with the ticket and now connection time in LHR is 2.5h and route is SFO-LHR-MUC with LHR-MUC is LH2477 in Business.

With this new arrangment, will I need to go to a new terminal because LHR-MUC is intra-europe flight? If yes, which terminal and what lounge can I use because new departing flight would be in Business? I see that there are Lufthansa Senator and Business lounges, as well SQ's SilverKris lounges. Any preferences between these?
